Our Client Onboarding Process

 

1 - Introductory Call

This 10-15 minute call is your first stop for onboarding. We will introduce our planning process, outline our welcome kit, and then schedule your Discovery Meeting.

2 - Discovery Meeting

At this 60-90 minute meeting, we will discuss your goals and objectives. We will determine a timeline for your specific financial planning needs. And then we will schedule your first Design Meeting.

3 - Design Meeting I

At this 60-90 minute meeting, we will execute your client agreement, collect engagement fee, introduce our planning model, review risk management elements, and identify any needs you may have for a legal, tax, or ancillary specialist. We will also schedule your second Design Meeting.

4 - Design Meeting II

At this 60-90 minute meeting, we will review your updated planning model, your hypothetical retirement accumulation, and/or income illustrations. We will also discuss your investment portfolio design and consolidation. We will finish the meeting by scheduling your Delivery Meeting.

5 - Delivery Meeting

At your Delivery Meeting, we will complete all outstanding paperwork, initiate your online access, and schedule a follow-up meeting for 3 months later to verify implementation.
